Single gal's guide to Valentine's Day 2018, pt. 1 💛

I know singletown can be hard, and I know because I've been living in there for almost 20 years, but that has also gave me the wisdom and trusthworth to give cientifically proven knowledge of what to do on February the 14th.

-So let's get started in this single gal's guide to

Valentine's Day 2018-

First you need to decide in what mood are you going to be that day, do you want to spend that day/night with friends? alone? with your family?. Do you want to spend it outside or inside?. Do you want to 💸 make it rain 💸 or something more modest?. 

Here are some plans you can do depending on your chosen factors:

1.- First one (and most obvious one, I think) is gather with your single Friends, tell them to invite their single friends a THROW A MASSIVE PARTY a la Gatsby, and maybe drink away your sorrows and have the time of your life? hook up if you want, after all, it's the day of l♡ve.

2.- Watch a movie marathon of all the movies that remiend us that love is not always sweet. Here's a list of movies that make my heart break and definetely put my mind off love for a while:

CLOSER; a classic, you probably watched it already but maybe give it another go and let those sad truths about love fill you up.

LAST NIGHT; here we'll take a closer look into what is strong enough to drive us into infidelity, is it love or lust?.

BLUE VALENTINE; just watch it, enough said.

CELESTE AND JESSE FOREVER; best friends get married....and then divorced. Isn't that just sad enough?.

Binge eat all carbs you want, invite your bestie if she's on the single's table also, pop the rosé, red wine or whatever drink you feel like, IT'S YOUR NIGHT!

3.- Treat yo self to a SPA DAY!, is there something more pleasant than beign really taken care off?.

4.- Start reading that book you've being posponing for no reason and that you actually are dying to read. 

5.- 🔥 precautiously 🔥, do ONLINE SHOPPING, I mean there are a few things funnier than doing some online shopping. Why spending money on someone else's gift when you can give the perfect gift to yourself?

6.- Travel!, wherever you want/can, ither to small town near yours or If you want, travel to the other end of the globe, just go out and have a really good time.

I hope you liked this post, these are just ideas of how to spend a usually maaah day. You can feel just as good in the comfortness of your couch, and remeber, Valentine's Day is just that, a day.
